Reverse osmosis plants

H-TECH industrial RO systems from 250 to 10,000 LPH

The range uses 4040 membrane elements through 3,000 LPH and 8040 elements from 4,000 LPH. Pretreatment media quantities and automatic-valve models change with output.

Important: 2,000 LPH has two distinct configurations. Herritech will select the standard or high-media version after reviewing raw-water quality.

Hard-water treatment

Automatic water softeners in twelve capacity and vessel combinations

The corrected range runs from 1 TPH with an 0844 vessel to 25 TPH with a 4894 vessel. The 15 TPH model uses a 3672 vessel—not 3072—and the 20 TPH listing is correctly spaced as 4087.

  • 60–2,000 litre brine tanks by capacity
  • Automatic time- or flow-controlled regeneration
  • Resin quantity, connection size and salt use confirmed on final duty

Pump selection

RO booster and raw-water pump duties

Fifteen verified variants cover 2–6 m³/h, 15–115 m head and 0.37–3 kW. Select by the real operating point, not motor power alone.

  • EVP2 and EVP4 vertical multistage RO booster range
  • XKJ and EDH raw-water booster range
  • 220 V single-phase or 380 V three-phase supply by model

Backwash and regeneration control

Automatic and manual filter and softener valves

Choose by duty, service flow, vessel opening, mounting, regeneration direction and whether time or metered control is required.

  • 2–5 m³/h compact 2.5-inch-base models
  • 8–20 m³/h top- and side-mount industrial models
  • 40 m³/h flow-controlled side-mount option with booster-pump duty

RO consumables and pressure housings

Membranes and housings selected by exact compatibility

H-TECH-supplied membrane records retain the true manufacturer model where compatibility requires it. Housing options cover FRP and SS304, 2.5-, 4- and 8-inch diameters, end or side ports, and one to seven elements.

  • Domestic 50–400 GPD membrane options
  • 4040 elements around 2,400 GPD and 99.5% listed stable rejection
  • 8040 elements up to 10,500 GPD in the verified range
  • FRP 4040 housings listed to 300 psi; confirm every model

Prefiltration and monitoring

Cartridges, meters, gauges and dosing accessories

Spun and wound sediment cartridges are recorded at 10, 20, 30 and 40 inches with 1, 5 and 10 micron options. Carbon block, GAC, T33, flow, pressure, conductivity and dosing variants are now grouped by compatibility.

Confirm housing diameter, pressure, temperature, chemical compatibility and food-contact requirements before supply.

Buyer questions

Before requesting a water-treatment quotation

How is RO capacity selected?

From daily demand, operating hours, source-water analysis, recovery, storage, peak flow and future growth—not from LPH alone.

Why is water testing required?

Salinity, hardness, iron, solids and other results determine pretreatment, membrane duty, dosing and cleaning requirements.

Are new variant prices final?

No. Unverified variants remain quote-only until current landed cost and the complete technical and delivery scope are confirmed.

Does Herritech install?

Request equipment, plumbing, electrical, installation, commissioning, operator training and maintenance as one site-fit scope.
