Questions about H-TECH partner programmes
How can I become an H-TECH distributor in my country?
Apply on our regional partner page with your country, city and business details. We review every application, then issue a setup fee and partner terms; once paid, we configure your regional storefront and train you.
How much does it cost to join a partner programme?
Course fees for technician and assembly training are shown on this page once confirmed, or given when you apply. Distributor setup fees, business setup packages and assembly licences are quoted after we review your application.
Can young people with no experience apply?
Yes. The business setup package is made for youth groups and first-time owners. Technician training suits electricians and technical school graduates; tell us your experience when you apply.
Which countries can apply?
Applicants from any African country can apply. We deliver and install in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda; for other countries we agree delivery, training and support in your partner terms.
Where does the training happen?
Practical technician and assembly training takes place at our workshop in Ruiru, Kenya. Other arrangements can be discussed when you apply.
How do I pay the fee?
After review we issue the fee to your application. You pay by bank transfer, card link or M-Pesa (Kenya) using your application reference, and we confirm the payment before training or setup starts.
Can a youth group use a government youth fund to pay?
Many youth funds pay for equipment and start-up costs. We give you the quotation and specifications to attach to your application; the fund's own rules decide what it will pay for.
