The stainless steel fabrication build journey, step by step

These are the same stages as our project planner (Plan → Design → Quote → Deliver → Operate). The photos are from real stainless steel fabrication projects. This is an overview; detailed build methods are taught in our paid assembly and manufacturing training.

  1. Plan: tell us what you need

    What the piece is for, the sizes or a drawing, and where it will stand.

  2. Design: we size the piece

    Dimensions, sheet thickness, frame, fittings and finish, designed for easy cleaning.

  3. Quote: everything in writing

    Your quotation states the model, materials (including the steel grade), branding, delivery, installation and warranty terms.

  4. Build: fabrication in Ruiru

    Stainless sheet and tube are cut, bent and welded in our workshop, and fittings such as taps, wheels, motors or burners are fitted.

  5. Finish: polish and protect

    Welds are cleaned and the surfaces finished; the protective film stays on until installation (as in the photos).

  6. Check: before it leaves the workshop

    Sizes, levelness, welds, leaks on tanks and sinks, and every fitting.

  7. Deliver and install

    We deliver and install across Kenya, and in Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda; other countries on request.

  8. Use: care and service

    We show you how to clean and care for stainless steel, and stay on call for repairs and additions.

How much does stainless steel fabrication cost in Kenya?

Yes. Send us the size and use, and we design, quote and make it in our Ruiru workshop.
